Certain Settings/Buttons/Code Not Showing Up

Ever since the new website was launched I've been having problems with certain screens in my apps. When I update HTML screens occasionally, after saving, the entire code disappears. But my issue now is with a certain app, TATTOO FACTORY CHICAGO, when downloaded, the menu screen "Artists and Piercers2" is now showing the "NEXT" button in the top right hand corner to go to the next page. It shows that its saved in the app code but it doesn't show up when the app is downloaded. Am I missing something? What is going on with the BT website? Is anyone else running into this problem? It used to be stable and nothing ever disappeared when saved.....

Your local_Config file is created from the (Source Code ) SC_Config file. The SC_Config file needs to be updated to match the Config file in the Control Panel (CP_Config file). Fred

I'm sorry I'm pretty much an amateur, if I download the latest source code and submit it to the app store, will that fix all of the problems? Or is there something I need to do within BuzzTouch..? How do I make sure that SC_Config file matches the CP_Config file?

You copy the config file from the control panel and paste it into the config file in your source code. Regarding downloading the source code: Read Source Code (Android) to understand what the Source Code is. www.myskylla.com Your Source Code when downloaded needs to be finished before it's uploadedto an app store. Ok, I'm going to download the source code again and upload it to the app store for approval. I understand that the code needs to be finished before uploading it, but since most of the app was web based, I would occasionally make changes to the app and the user was just prompted to "REFRESH" the app. And they would have all the updates with no problems. It seems like only recently (about the time the BT website changed), have I been having problems with random items disappearing on apps.

Re-downloading the Source Code is a very poor practice. Best to just update the Config file. Fred

The Custom HTML text screens that has the items disappearing problem that I know about. You must save advance settings then save the HTML. Usually best to use the Custom HTML Doc screen. Fred
