Moving right along!

Hi Everyone- I'm loving what I have created so far! Just a few questions to keep me going.... 1. How do I make a "menu" in a list form instead of a "button" form 2. Once that menu is made...where is the actual meat of the app created (each item on the menu will have an address/phone/web etc like a guide. 3. For the midnight snack- Where can I input text for an 'about us' screen

Hi WinePortInc, To make a menu in list form, you just want to create a Menu List screen. it's exactly what you're looking for. The "meat" of the app is the screens that link to the menu list. So, create those screens (image gallery, map, etc), and link them to the menu. When a person taps a menu item, it loads that screen. The About Us screen depends on the BT version you are using. I personally create an HTML document, and link the About Us button to it! Mark

Thanks Mark, My options for Menu are either 'menu simple' or 'menu button'. I'm very familiar now with how the buttons work- but when I select menu simple I also get a button. I actually need an alphabetical directory of wineries for that screen. If I have to type them all in i'm happy to do so but if there is a simpler way I would like to know. As far as my 'meat' I don't know how to create an image gallery. For this portion I would like to have one screen that will link an address to a map, link to a website and allow for a notes portion. I figured out how to create an html and when I load it under 'screen data URL' it is not working properly...unless i'm loading it to the wrong spot! Thanks for your continued help.... Ashley

Hi Ashley, Curious that you get a button when you select simple menu. It should not, unless you're possibly referring to a tab, as in a tab menu layout? Can you provide a screen shot of what you're seeing? The alphabetical listing of wineries can be a menu list of those items, but I suspect what you also want to do is have, on the right side, A-Z so the person can easily move down to the location they are interested in. Doing that would require extra coding, and nobody has quite figured that out yet. Image Gallery and Single Location Maps are all available screens, assuming you are using v1.5. If you are using v2.0, then Image Gallery is not available quite yet. Which version are you using? If you can send me your BT_Config.txt file, I can try and help figure out your HTML issue. Just responded to your email. You're currently using a Button Menu instead of the Menu Simple, which will give you a menu list like you desire! Mark
