If you are looking for an ecommerce solution I would recommend www.x-cart.com which is a shopping cart with many featuers, it cost about $160 plus it has a plugin for mobile devices which unfortunately cost as well, but it works great on a mobile device and if you good with CSS you can make the cart look native. Not sure what you are trying to achieve but it's a good solution for any retailer.
