Whoo hoo, congrats. Be sure to add it to your list of Published Apps (in your profile) so others can see it and we can get you some traffic. You're well on your way :-)

wow, this looks great. one of the best language/translation apps i've seen. BT 1.5 or 2.0? great layout of the phrasebook nice touch to be able to search the phrasebook. can i ask how you created the screens that play the audio? are all the audio snippets stored in the app as well? does it invoke/use the native iOS player?

Thanks, guys for your reviews! ATRAIN53, It's BT 1.5, all the audio files are stored in the app and I used the native player. I used "playSound" instead "screenObjectToLoad" in the BT_screens... it's obviously, after I've modified appDelegate and BT_screen in many ways. Anyway, glad to help you if you are interest. Thanks again and sorry for poor English.

Fabulous looking app - well done. One addition in the future could be audio of each phrase

@marko he's got the audio for each file linked, it's very sharp. @broomla that's brilliant, use "playSound" instead of "screenObjectToLoad" i wonder if "playVideo" would launch the native player? are you able to manage the list of files/links to play in the Control Panel - or are you editing/adding raw code to populate those menus/tables? i've been working on 2 Audio players to use in my app. One is using jquery/jplayer and it invokes the native player as well. very customizable and i like it. the other is using an .XIB file to create a native looking iOS player. a little tricky learning the XCODE Interface Builder and progressing slower here... but neither of these will work well with BT Control Panel. so writing a plug-in for them on BT Server 2.0 when done will be a challenge. i'm just starting to understand the basics of the code. if yours works with the current Control Panel to populate the links, that would be very useful for everyone, esp non-coders. i'd love to get a look at that code and try to port it over to BT server 2.0 and see how it integrates with the Control Panel. i bet a lot can be learned looking at how you manipulated the code. my email if you have time to share it - skompdev @ skomp.net (or a PM works as does Dropbox if you prefer) and your english is far from poor! if it didn't say Prague in your location, you could have told me Cleveland and i'd have not thought twice about it! you should rework this app in a handful of languages. the interface/concept is excellent and very intuitive.

Hello ATRAIN53, Yes, I'm able to manage the list of files in the Control Panel and off course I can to share it with you. Just give me a couple of days... I'm a little busy right now... ok?

got it. many thanks - more than i was expecting, what a huge help this is. you commented the code very nicely to show your mods. as someone who just started working with ObjC this is a huge help to get me going. learning ObjC is hard as it is - but learning how it fits into the current BT code is proving to be even more challenging. i see how you utilized the background audio feature in your app. this helps me understand how the app still works with the existing BT Control Panel. i'll be curious to see if i can make the same modes in BT Server 2.0 menu screen and if it will work the same. the code looks almost identical. turning this into a plug-in will be quite a challenge, hopefully i can give it a shot based on what you sent me to work with. can't thank you enough for sharing this is some great stuff you've put together in the app!
