how do i change the visited color. Right now i am building my app with a green theme and the default blue "visited" color is not going to cut it.

Hi @Badblueheeler, Did a quick Google search, and this looks like it should help for your HTML screens: http://www.pageresource.com/html/linkcol.htm Mark

Mark is the man! Badblueheeler it'll loll something like this in your HTML: <style type="text/css"> A:link {text-decoration: color: blue} A:visited {text-decoration: color: red;} </style> So this would give you red links for visited sites and blue for as yet unclicked.

I understand the process for changing the color but I need to know where to make the change. Is there a file xcode that has this info or is it somewhere else?

It's going to be in the HTML file that you reference in BT control panel and that you then subsequently drag into Xcode.

So would that be the menu "HTML file" then as so far all I have created is my menus for navigation. It is these menu items that are "blue" once visited.. It is these menu items that i want control of their "visited" color.

If you are using a Custom HTML screen, you would want to hit the "Source" button in the editor, and put the info there. If you are writing your own HTML file, it would go in that file. This is all HTML code...nothing in Xcode at all. Mark

Hi, So I think we got confused here. Are you trying to change the color of the menu item that has previously been selected, so that a user knows they have already tapped that menu list item? Or, do you have an HTML document with HTML links in it, and you want that link to change when a user taps on it? The first one would be difficult, and I think probably not embraced by Apple. The second item we've been talking about above. Mark

Your right in that I am trying to change the color of the menu item that has previously been selected. When you make an app do you leave the visited color as blue? I hope I am not making this to confusing.

OK, cool. We're on the same page now! So, as far as I know, there is no way currently in buzztouch, without some extra coding, to change the color of the menu item once it has been clicked, and to keep that color persistent (showing that a user touched it previously). In the Menu List Screen, under Advanced Properties, there is a section called "Menu List Layout, Color." In that section is a property called "Row Select Style (none, gray, blue)." This changes the color of the list item when it is tapped, but it will revert to the default when the next menu item is tapped. There is probably a way to do this programmatically using Objective-C, but I don't know what it would be. Perhaps a search of Google would help? Mark

Thats exactly what i needed. It would be nice in the future to have a choice of color but this will do for now. Thanks again.
