Has anyone figured out Admob for BT Server 2.0 ?

Can't figure out that last bit as it only happens on a device, not the emulator. If you wanna try it, use my guide above, but apply it to individual screens, ie a menu screen. You should have some success in serving ads, but it's not a good way to do it. Can't get it working at all in the activity base. Comments BTv2.0 is a pain!
