Does it load onto other Android devices? Do you have it set to allow third party apps to load?

What errors are you getting? On device just says cannot install? What about logcat in Eclipse?

seems to be a density problem? google will tell you more, here is just one of many links http://myraroldan.com/wp/2011/09/your-device-is-not-compatible-with-this-item-annoying-android-market-message/

Dont think this is going to solve my problem. and if it does, how are other people using the Samsung Note or other devices going to know how to do this.

One of the many things I dislike about Android, so many different device sizes and resolutions...will cause trouble

Does the apk install directly to your device just not from Android Market?

So it doesn't load straight from Eclipse to the phone? Another issue (apart from screen density/size) might be permissions. If you include a permission (e.g. Camera) and your device does not have a camera then the market will tell you, that the app isn't compatible even if the camera is not an essential part of your app. you can avoid this by declaring the feature "not required". (doubt this is the problem)

There was a similar issue back in Dec?, don't remember the thread title but it was a simple fix. Search device (used too many times) or galaxy or similar word. Fred

Cant seem to find the same issue relating to mine :-/ all of my apps are not compatible with this one particular phone so my guess this is an eclipse issue and not the app itself.

As I remember it has to do with a setting in Buzztouch. Eclipse is not the issue. Fred

I remember the fix was a simple modification to the source code. Fred

Could it be related to what Minimum version is set in the Android Manifest? Android / Play / Google has been making some strange and unpredictable changes to the way apps do or don't (can or cannot) be installed on devices recently. Phone manufactures are also doing some funky stuff in this area too. In other words, it's possible that your device + carrier combination is related to your issue. Not likely but possible. I would review this page: http://developer.android.com/guide/publishing/versioning.html Specifically, look at the System API Requirements portion, it could lead you to the issue.

Well I went to my store today and I was able to download it on another Samsung note. Im on a Unreleased version of Ice cream sandwich 4.0.3 where as the Official version for the phone is still on Gingerbread. Is there a way around this without going back to Gingerbread?
