Sample HTML code from Apple

I am sure that many of you have already seen this but I have just come across this useful resource: https://developer.apple.com/library/safari/navigation/index.html#section=Resource%20Types&topic=Sample%20Code lots of sample html code that you can use (I think!) in your apps.

^^ wow! there is some fantastic stuff there. never thought to look in the safari developer library. that concert demo in there is phenominal. i will def be using that! would look gorgeous on a larger device like the ipad. you have to think using some of those in a Custom HTML/URL screen, Apple would love it. thanks for the tip.

Great- really pleased to have been of help! On a similar note I have used this code before to create a small database in an app that stores the data on the phone: http://developer.apple.com/library/safari/#documentation/iPhone/Conceptual/SafariJSDatabaseGuide/ASimpleExample/ASimpleExample.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40007256-CH4-SW4

Is the data persistent? If you close the app, and go back in, can you retrieve that file? Mark

Yes. That is how I came across it- I was looking for a way to store persistent data on the device rather than having to use a backend database. It uses SQLite.
