Just uploaded my second application. It is also a Boy Scout related App called the Scoutmaster Minute. For those of you not in the scouts, the scoutmaster minute comes at the end of a troop meeting when the senoir patrol leader is done speaking with the troop and all the announcements have been handled. Usually it is "words of wisdom" from the scoutmaster. Problem is, most new scoutmasters, (and for that matter many more experienced ones) have trouble coming up with those words. There is actually a book out called the scoutmaster minute, which sells at the scout stores located at coucil offices for about 5 bucks. What I did was to collect all the scoutmaster minutes that I could find out on the internet, compile them in a usable order and form and turn them into an app. For this one I am gonna charge $2.99. Ya know it daily amazes me, seems that whatever I or anybody else can dream up, it is out on the net and if it isn't then just wait around for about two weeks and it will be. Isn't technology cool!? Ok, so i am not rich yet, ( I have made a whopping $3.48) and I DID drop the price from 2.99 to 1.99, but hey...it is freakin exciting to see something I made actually being bought.
