Menu Image Buttons for Android doesn’t show button Image URL

I need button Image URL in Android Menu Image Buttons plugin, but it shows only gray rectangle. I checked link and it is OK, I also tried different URLs, problem is the same. Images on buttons, which are inside app work good. Plugin also works fine in iOS app.

Hi, This is a 5 month old post, but I wanted to comment because I had the same problem and came across this post. I'm new to working in Android Studio and was getting very frustrated, butI was able to resolve my issue of the gray boxes instead of the images! The problem seems to be the file names: Android is very particular about files name. The images can not have upper case letters and can not have dashes. For example, the file name: Image-Main-400x400.png will not work. Renaming the file: image_main_400x400.png will work as a menu button. It doesn't matter if this is a local image in the build or a file at a URL location. If the file is not named to the Android standards, it won't work. Hopefully this helps someone! All the best, William
