You then point to the .txt file in the Quiz screen plugin where it says "Screen Data URL". If you add more questions at a later date, then simply point to a new .txt file at a new URL and the app will update. I also recommend using a CSV spreadsheet (in Excel) as discussed in the above thread. You can use tools (e.g. http://www.convertcsv.com/json-to-csv.htm ) to convert from JSON to CSV (which can be used in Excel) and tools to convert CSV to JSON (e.g. http://shancarter.github.io/mr-data-converter/ ).
