Alright so apple called me today about my app, i had a nice conversation for about 45 minutes( he was a talker), the main thing they said my app needs to have in it is more native features, the app is one for a local restaurant. I've had less than that and had no phone calls and they were approved on the first shot. Is this your first rejection on this particular app? Personally, I would just re-submit.
