Developer Limit Reached

Hi, I have reached the maximum number of apps that buzztouch allows. How do I increase the amount of apps that I can create? I would be most grateful to know. Kind regards, John

Go here: http://www.buzztouch.com/account/upgrade.php choose one and it takes you to the check out.. Also, you know that you have the option to use Buzztouch Server 2.0..You're grandfathered into that .. I would like there to be a way to view the current months page views, I have pages views from the past and not sure where to find it for the page.

Thanks, mysps. I'm pretty non-technical. My apps are pretty small and simple. What is the easiest and cheapest way for me to increase the amount of apps that I can build on Buzztouch? Kind regards, John

so you have more than 50 apps? all users who joined before the BT team upgraded the site have access to BT server which is hosted by you. I would contact them directly. should be located in your control panel http://www.buzztouch.com/account/btserver.php

Hi John, Let me know if Buzz Touch increases you limit past 50. I am also in you position. I did send an email to info[at]buzztouch.com but didn't get a reply. From the forum, i was told to start my buzz touch server. I did this, and soon learned that the server does not support RSS for android. So this solution is no good for me.

Hi Daku7, I've sent a couple of emails, too, but not received a response. I don't know what the delay is but perhaps it is due to holidays or maybe the team are really busy at present. Anyway, I'll post here if I get a response. I do not know what I will do if I do not hear back, but Buzztouch has been great for me so far so I believe that they will come through with a solution when they are able. Kind regards, John

Buzz Touch please help fast. I am about to reach the 50 limit. 1. Increase my limit of 50 and let me know the price for V1.4. 2. OR create a RSS plugin for Android for the self hosted server. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Buzztouch delivers.... I resent my email today and I got a fast response. Apparently, they just missed my emails, that's all. They are going to take very good care of me and I will be able to build the apps that I need.

Hi Daku, I sent a polite message chasing the email that I'd previously sent. I emailed them using the details on the contact form at http://www.buzztouch.com/pages/contact.php They responded very quickly and I got the usual helpfulness that I've always got from them and everyone else connected with Buzztouch. I suggest you do the same as me and drop them an email, they'd simply overlooked my previous messages and they were most helpful.
