Large device split view

Is there any Mod/Plugin that implement a split view on large device (same as IOS UISplitViewController)? I would like to enhance RSS and menu screens displayed on tablets, e.g. showing the RSS titles on the left side, and the detailed description on the right side, or a menu list of PDF's on the left and the full screen files on the right. (Conduit mobile app building platform has it by default). I saw the same question asked about 3 months ago, but there were no answers, so I would like to raise the topic again.

**Edit** Sorry, misread question. You want iOS right?

I want a split view, mainly for IOS (iPad), but it would be nice to have it on android tablets too. I want the same experience as using the Mail app on iPad, where the topics are listed on the left side and the complete mail is viewed on the right side, for each selected topic.

In Android, it's called Fragments: http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/fundamentals/fragments.html Not available in BT yet. There was a post a day or so ago, somebody asking about splitting the screen and they linked to an example app, it looked interesting so I had a play. It's pretty easy to implement in a new android project, but I haven't tried it in a BT project yet. It would definitely be possible to extend a BT project with it in eclipse.

Fragments is the android implementation of what I need. I am looking for a BT implementation - someone who created a plugin that use fragments/UISplitViewController, as I don't have enough objective-c programming experience.
