Hi, I've uploaded successfully BT-server on my website and the only thing left to do to download my first 2.0 app code is to get an api key. That's where the Twilight Zone begins. My control panel in BuzzTouch.com doesn't have any API registration voice. I saw some threads in the forum and I guess that my server's name should appear in Self Hosted Server but it doesn't!!!! And I think I'm a developer since I received a message fro BT stuff in my Control Panel cause I registered before March 9, 2012. So I'm stuck in the middle! Tried to contact via [email protected] but nothing heard in two days. Can someone help me? I should have presented some work yesterday and my client is waiting..... At least I want to figure out if there's a bug or if I'm missing something. Please have mercy of a poor italian app developer!

Hi Marcorlandi, I have the same 'problem' (not actually a problem because I have everything setup and running before this little weird thing came up). No details about the apikey. Strange thing is that I saw at least 1 thread on this forum with multiple people having the same issue and no answer from bt-team is coming (or did I miss that....or did I miss something else). I hope they'll read this thread so the 'problem' can be solved. Best Regards, Danny

I have btserver set up too. It would be great to have an API key. I have posted a few weeks ago but yet to get any feedback from bt team. Still waiting... I jumped in now hoping to get a response.

Stephen, sorry to bother but I have a little problem more. I updated IP and HOSTNAME in registration key form, set a secret and entered the registration key number and secret in Server Settings but it gives me error as something went wrong. I double checked everything and tried to download the code. It gives me the possibility but it takes definitely too much time packaging (after about 10 minutes I gave up). Any idea? Hi Stephen, I was going to do some updating on my BT_Server just to find out that the self hosted server I have since early november 2011 (named appcontrol) has disappeared from my BT developer control panel and so has the API key. Can you help me out here? Thanks, Paul

Stephen, I solved the problem regarding the 'error saving?' enabling curl in my website configuration but now when I download the code that's the result: Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? Any idea?

Solved. API validated. Outgoing firewall is being enabled. The buzztouch URL is added into the whitelist. Stephen and the forum guys are great. Really...

Stephen, I previously was at go daddy and registration was completed at that locations servers. I switched to rackspace and set up the registration. anyway I don't know what has happened but I have no access to registration keys. at this point I need api and registration for 2 sites. I had three in my control panel before but I only need to install at bodaciousmedia.com and realtyphotos.net Thanks
