Trouble with HTML in Eclipse

Hi, I am a new user, sorry for probably asking a simple question, but I having trouble with my Android device showing my HTML document. Here is my simple code: <html> <body style="background-color:Black;"> <h1 style="font-family:calibri;color:#CCFFFF;font-size:20px;text-align:center;"><ins>Title<ins/></h1> <p style="font-family:calibri;color:#CCFFFF;font-size:15px;"> First paragraph </p> <p style="font-family:calibri;color:#CCFFFF;font-size:15px;"> Insert paragraph here </p> </body> </html> When placed in the BT_Docs folder in the correct Eclipse folder and refreshing, my device shows the message: "something's not right. Error loading screen? The application had trouble understanding what to display." I have followed myskylla.wordpress.com tutorials and tried numerous things, but now frustrated =( Please help! Thanks, Tish.

Did you read the Buzztouch Way ? It'll help you understand how to do HTML. What screen are you using? BT version? Fred

Hi Fred /raveyd, Yes I've tried both. my html code is ok now because it opens up ok in a browser, just not on my device after placed in Eclipse. Do you think it maybe something to do with placing the .html file in the BT_Docs folder? Do I need to export the .apk again or re download the source code? I'm using BT ver 1.5 Tish.

Whenever you add content to Eclipse you must re-export the .apk. Fred

I have tried re downloading the apk, but still had the same problem. I then tried creating the app in v 2.0, but the same problem occured. When placing the files in eclipse in the specified folder, should you click 'copy file to' or ' link file to' ? I think this may be where my problems are as my images or splash screen are not working in v 2.0 either. Tish.

I am also having this very same problem. I made an HTML page using bootstrap, it is just a table of a top 20 ranking but I needed the responsive layout to accommodate the table size on different devices, copied the HTML file, CSS and js files to the same directory in eclipse. Used the HTML doc plugin and I get the same error. I have a no frills HTML page on another screen and it works fine but this page has never worked even when it was an custom HTML plugin page....so frustrated and holding me back from finishing this app...can someone, anyone help!!!! With thanks
