Sounds like a missing public or private key.

Here's the process I use for submitting to iTunes, which includes building and archiving the app: http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Submitting_Your_App_To_iTunes_Connect_v1.0.pdf Mark

If you open organIzer, can you see your archived app in the archives?

I assume you're doing a Product...Build For...Build for Archive and then Product...Archive? Mark

Yes! 1º) Build succeeded 2º) Archive or Build for Archive and no result

Just to be clear. You must first build for archive, then archive. Don't mean to repeat what might be obvious but no step can be skipped.

When I connect a device and select Product->Archive, I get a "Build Succeeded" notification, then XCode become unresponsive. It does the same thing if I try to go to the "Archives" tab in Organizer. I found a possible solution: sudo xcode-select -switch "/Applications" but doesnt work

Connecting a device should have nothing to do with it. Have you tried the clean-->build for archive-->archive procedure with no devices attached?

Hate to bring this up as lots of people are apparently using it, but there are a LOT of error reports with no solution from people who upped to Lion and 4.3.2. I'm still on 10.6 and 4.2.

After some tests i expected that will solve that issue. Xcode 4.3 requires 10.7.3 so it is not possible to change the SystemVersion.plist to 10.7.2 but just removing the b in end of 11D50b and restarting Xcode let me submit my App. For me it´s the solution.
