font size issue with custom html/text

Even when setting the selected text to a certain font and size it refuses to change. Any Ideas? short of typing the text in manually would be appreciated. Did try to cut and past as plain text but no luck.

Hello, This problem is a recuring problem for seeral of us. It seems that the webViewer takes the full screen to be 960px (iOS devices are 320px) which means everything is 3x smaller than normal. Therefore, to have 12px display on your iDevice, you need to fix the size of the font to 36px. Same for the images (chek source): an image that will take the whole width of the HTML Doc = width="960px" Anthony

Hi, What happens if you put this in the head of the html: <meta content="yes" name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" /> <meta content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; user-scalable=no;" name="viewport" /> Best Regards, Danny

Hi PSMDanny. Your solution above worked for me, thank you very much! I just went to source and pasted the code you provided at the top. <meta content="yes" name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" /> <meta content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; user-scalable=no;" name="viewport" />

Hello, I had the same trouble it worked well for the size of the document pblm, but I still have a pblm on some custom html page on IOS, version 1,5, some time when I copied some htlm from another source, and want to change the font style, it doesnt seem to work. any ideas on that ? I actually had 2 problems first on was the size of the document, this was solved by the above post, now just just the font size/look that seems funky when text is being cut and paste from various sources, it's like if I couldt over ride some hidden HTML features. I dont have the pblm if I type from scratch my HTML page tks for the help ! Serge

On each page there is an advanced property settings. Click on Document Behavior -select yes to force updates -save Also I found that font size 24 or 26 works the best on the device. I know it looks really big on BT but when it loads in the screen of an iPhone or iPad it is perfect. Trust me I have close to a 700 screen app! I have close to 300 HTML/TEXT screens I worked for ever getting this right. Tony
