Application rejected, Article 2.3

My application was rejected. By section 2.3 These are the reasons 2.3 """We found that your app did not achieve the core functionality described in your marketing materials or release notes, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. We found that your app launches with a 'Configuration data error'. Please see the attached screenshot for reference to the issue. It would be appropriate to revise your app to ensure this feature is fully implemented or to revise your Application Description, Release Notes, and/or screenshots to remove this content.""" I change the url data, remove the fault and put the php file in dropbox. Not what I have to do, since I have added new screens that are embedded within the application and if I return to the default url dating the application will not look good until actualizen. Help please

It seems your config data is not properly copied to dropbox, or your link to dropbox isn't correct. Fred

I checked and it worked fine on my iphone. It is true that the application appeared a black screen, delete the app and was returning to stick with xcode

Hi @Don Javi, Once you get everything set...verified that it works on your phone and the simulator...then compile a new binary and upload it to the store. When you are verifying on your devices, make sure you delete your old versions first. The experience you want the reviewers to have is that when they install and run your app, they are getting the most recent version, and there should be no "Updates are available" messages. So...test every single screen in your app before you submit it (that should be standard practice for everybody). Do a Product...Clean before you build to break any old, bad links. If you're happy everything is good, then build and submit. MAKE NO FURTHER CHANGES TO YOUR APP! Wait until the app is approved before you even touch a single screen in the control panel. I know...it's hard to wait, but you don't want to affect your config file at all. Speaking of config file...before you compile your app, do a Show Configuration Data in your control panel, copy and paste to the BT_Config.txt file in BT_Config (I'm assuming this is a v1.5 or v2.0 app). You want the config file in your app, an on the BT server (or elsewhere if you host it) to be exactly the same. Not an issue for v1.4. Good luck! Let us know how it goes! Mark

Thanks for your advice ... I will copy the default data BT (but not save), copy that data to xcode and compile. I send it to apple and I will tell you

Just to clarify...you want to click on "Show App's Configuration Data" in your control panel. Copy all that information (no way to save it in the config panel), and use it to replace what's in your current BT_Config.txt file (Select All...Copy...Paste...Save). This way, the config you have on the BT servers matches what you have locally. Then do a Product...Clean, build for Archive, and submit to Apple. Mark
