Icons don't display images on menu home screen

I have the grid icons and I uploaded all the images and set the icons to those images but they just show up as the generic color squares. Any suggestions?

Which version are you running? v1.4, V1.5 or 2.0 and what flavor? Android or IOS? When you say you uploaded them? What do you mean? Did you include them in the appropriate folder in your project file for Xcode or eclipse. Look at the PDF file that comes with the source you downloaded it explains where to put the images. Then rerun the project...

V 2.0 for Android. I uploaded the images to the file manager for the app available in the control panel. Then I went to each element in the Home screen (grid view menu icons) and selected the appropriate image. And still only the generic icons are displayed in app.

Add those images in the following folder in your eclipse project. assets\BT_Images They need to be with the project unless you use URL images from the internet. But then your always need internet connection to view those icons or backgrounds

So in other words, I'll probably have to recompile this as .apk again?

You dont need to re-download your source. Just add the images and rebuild then use the simulator ormove to your device...

Actually in BTv2.0 the images will go in res > drawable For BTv1.5 they go in assets > images You should read MySkylla's Guide to Buzztouch www.myskylla.wordpress.com Fred

Hmm...Eclipse won't let me compile it if it has the images in the res/drawable folder.

Image names have to be in lower case with no spaces or special characters. Bet that's it! Mark

Are you refreshing the page at all? That contributes to double-posts.
