New Site 1.5 Custom HTML Bug?

Is it me or does the CUSTOM HTML screen no longer have the full code in it when you go check source? Used to have full <HEAD> code and <BODY> code. Now it has some of the meta stuff inside a paragraph tag, and missing all body tags and head tags. Now this is effecting not only new screens, but it appears like if I go to a saved screens and check the source, its stripping out some stuff, so be fearful of saving screens that have already been made. Am I going crazy or has their been a change? Does anyone have the original html saved somewhere?
