When you download your source code, it comes in a zipped package that gets saved wherever your browser saves downloaded files. Find that file, unzip it, and then you deal with it in a way that depends on what OS you are building for. If iOS, and you have Xcode installed, then doube-click on the <appname>.xcodeproj file, and Xcode will launch.
