So i finally made my app (v 1.5) download the final version to my pc and when i test it without wi fi connection on my mac when i open screens with texts says "data for this screen has not been downloaded.Please check your internet connection" And im asking is this ok or something went wrong when i downloaded the app.I download the app twice and the same think happens

What specific screen are you talking about. Is it a html doc? If so the doc must be added to your project. If its a doc residing on a server you need the correct link or a wi-fi connection in order to reach that specific document. BR Stefan

Its Custom HTML - Text screen not html,pdf or word document that i need to ad it in my project.So i think is another problem ?

This error could be a variable link within the screen linking to file. does the link to file end with filename.html A variable link might end like - filename.html#1241254

Ok, but you still need to add the text document ( it doesnt matter what kind of file it is) to your project if its a custom Html doc. As it the error says "data for this screen has not been downloaded.Please check your internet connection" Its looking for a file that is missing. Br / Stefan

Hi I think I have misunderstand your issue. When you are using a Custom html/text - you MUST have a connection to the file on the server. So you can not download the project and put your device in off line mode -since its looking for a file residing on a server somewhere. When your are using a HTML/PDF/Word doc you must put that specific file that you are pointing to into your project. To test - 1. Put your device/simulator on-line 2. Start the app. 3. Open the screen. It should work (assuming that you have put content using the editor on Buzztouch.com). This affect both android/ios. BR/Stefan

Thats what I said - Custom html = online (the file is in Buzztouch servers) Html/pdf/doc = off line (you must put the files in your app) To make it clear: If you want your app to work in off line mode (no wi-fi) you must use screens like html/pdf etc and bundle the corresponding files in the package. Ok now i get it.Thats no problem because i dont want my app to work offline.So if its not a problem iam ready to send it to apple.Wish me good luck !
