Single Image Alert

Hi All, I had upload a image using Single image properties on BT V1.4. i had tried dimensions like -640x960,320 x 420,512x512 and 640x920 But all the time it shows the below alert "The image you uploaded is too small (after it was scaled). Choose an image that is at least 320 x 420" Kindly tell the correct dimension for single image. Many thanks

Hi Daku, Here's what I see in the instructions for that screen: "For best results, create a 320 x 150 .JPG image in an image editor (such as Photoshop) to upload. After you upload the image, you will be presented with a cropping-tool. Use the cropping tool to select the portion of the image you want to use." So, I'd try a 320x150 image, or some multiple of that. Mark

Hi..I have exactly the same problem...it doesn't matter how big the image is I just constantly get the message saying 'The image you uploaded is too small (after it was scaled). Choose an image that is at least 320 x 420' and I cant get anything to load...i even tried loading in a image that was ridiculously big and still got the message back???

What image type are you using? .jpg .png Does this happen with all images or only this image. Not all .jpeg files are .jpeg files. Are you sure it's a .jpg? Fred

Hi gang, We've updated the Single Image screen and tested. Works fine. It DID NOT WORK on all browsers until this fix. Try again, re-post if you continue to have trouble. It will only accept .jpg images.
