Saving a PDF, something I noticed.

Hi, When using a PDF the instructions are to save it in the BT_docs folder of Xcode. By mistake I saved one in BT_images and, miracle it still worked. I made sure I saved the same file in it's proper place. I just wanted to point it out in case it creates problems down the line. Cheers, Farcat

Hi, If you have ever taken a look at an installed .app / .ipa file, you will see that all the folders in that you have created in XCode disappear. The probable reason for having folders is to help you find your way. I believe that if you put your files in another folder, it would work too. This should not lead to problems

Thanks Sky0s. It makes sense, now I duplicated the pdf in two different folders I get the warning message on Xcode: "Check Dependencies, Warning Multiple build commands output File..." The thought of touching the code makes me shudder, do you have any advise about how to fix this?

I managed to remove the warning message by deleting the extra file on Xcode (right click - delete - delete reference). I guess changing the name would have done the trick too. Thanks for the help.

Just in case someone gets the wrong impression. In Xcode/iOS app files can be placed in multiple places. Not true in Eclipse/Android. Fred
