What I find particularly strange is why ? I would think that allowing us to delete apps would be useful to free some storage space, or database space. I imagine there is a reason though Anthony

Deleted just hasn't been implemented. I'm sure it's only because other things have a higher priority. Fred

The way I read the post from David, they won't be implementing the delete app function. If there is an app you no longer want, they suggest you rebuild it into an app that you DO want. It's a way to help you keep track of how many apps your account has. Mark

Lol My exact Thoughts 9hrs ago... But Biplov You are Lucky enough to Have 50 apps (Slots) in your control Panel so you can either make a duplicate or take GoNorthWest's sound Advice. for those who cant copy paste the link from MacApple and Like Me Came Searching on deleting Apps here is the text from David @ buzztouch Yup, delete is a gonner for now. This intentional while we work out TONS of first-day-kinks. I'm thinking it's going to be rough all week! We'll get the delete option figured out. But, something to consider: If a new user registers to use the site, and doesn't get grandfathered in like you all did (@dpapa, you made it by one day, whoo hoo!) we need to limit their control panels to a few apps. Not because we want to, but because we have to. You can't imagine how many thousands of folks have created in some cases hundreds and hundreds of apps that affect the level of service we can provide to the folks that only make a few. It's not sustainable. So, today we've removed the delete option to try to get a grip on this. We'll work out whether or not it will return for everyone or not. If you need an app removed because it's just killing you to see it, send us an email, we'll get rid of it for ya so you don't have to look at it anymore. LOL.

@xenatos how many apps can you make? I mean the limit. Well I was registered earlier so they upgraded me to developer for free :P So may be if we want new app we need to change the app we already have and download source code and again edit the app for new apps.

@Biplov: The number depends on the Account Settings. To know, just go to your account settings, where you have a list (on the left panel), with all the different links to your Personnal settings Link: http://www.buzztouch.com/account/

Howdy! Hard to say what this could be, but it might be that your configuration file is out of sync. In your control panel for the app, hit the Configuration Data link, copy that info, paste it into your BT_Config.txt file that is part of your downloaded source files, then compile your app again. Hi Mark - Ok so I changed the configuration file but same issue so I did a google search for that error "change.png in xcode" and what came back is that there is suposed to be a picture screen blacked out by default or something to that effect. I'm almost there with content but I could use a little help figuring how to get pat that "change.png in xcode" issue and then I think the app will load correctly for me...

If you see that message, it means the app is actually loading correctly. The image itself has that message on it to remind you that it needs/can be changed. You can either just make it all black (check buzztouchmods.com for a hack on that), or put a logo or something on it. That's what I do, and I use it as my splash screen. The Default*.png files are located in your BT_Art folder. At the very least, they need to be all black. But they are all required to be there. Mark
