Even in the U.S., all states do not participate in daylight savings. For example Texas goes from GMT -6 to GMT -5 on March 11th at 2AM, but if you live in let's say Amsterdam the time change occurs on March 25th, or if you're in Arizona or Hawaii they don't use daylight savings time at all. There's probably some easy way to do it.. Just remember, it's five o'clock somewhere!
