Hmm...the self hosted panel does not use SQLLite for anything so I'm not sure what is producing this error. What screen is it on? Never seen this before.

it shows at the bottom of every screen. its very strange because it doesnt show in chrome. I am hosted on rackspace and I made changes to theme, I dont think I touched the application core itself.

Screenshot maybe? I use Chrome all day, don't see what you're seeing. Also, huge RackSpace fan so that's not the issue. Upload a screenshot to a URL, post the address here.

Good screenshot. Without going into a full on PHP rant, it's importnat to know that PHP uses lots of different Modules or Components to make everything work. Not all PHP installations use all the modules so they (the PHP folks) have figured out a way to allow developers to load or not load modules. In this case, a module we don't care about (we, as in it's not used by buzztouch code) called SQLite is being loaded twice. The php.ini file in your PHP Install is what determines which modules load and in what order. My hunch is that the php.ini file is asking this module to load twice. You may or may not have access to this php.ini file, it depends on your account type with RackSpace (Dedicated, shared, etc). You have two choices: a) Contact RackSpace and ask them why they are loading this module twice (or it seems they are) on this server. You may actually help them learn this? b) Change the error reporting level in your BT control panel application. It's set by default to show every little warning, message, error etc. This is easy. Open the /BT-server/config.php file and look for this line: @register_shutdown_function('handleShutdown'); remove it or comment it out. I'll be the message in the footer magically goes away ;-) Same discussion here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/archive/index.php/t-265421.html
