Risking loosing HTML text after created a HTML/text screen v2.0 self hosted

I found this problem that others had referred to in this forum as well. Creating a screen with the plugin "custom html/text": When you save the settings and close the screen and work with other screens, when you come back and open the "html/screen", you might find that the info you had put in before has vanished. this has happened several times now. Be sure you have a copy of the exact HTML/ file so it would be easy to just copy and paste it back in again. It will happen to you!!

Hi Naastie, From my experience: When you create an html-document (in the wysiwyg editor) there is no problem when you save it. There is only a problem if you save something else in the advanced properties. When you do this THEN you're html code is lost. Workaround: If you change properties in the advanced properties, make shure you also hit the save (button) on the editor. Then your code won't be lost. Ofcourse it's always good to have a backup of the html. Best Regards, Danny

Just commented here, think I got it fixed. It's a lengthy discussion but my response at the end should explain it a bit. http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=2C1C22C1EADEDB22F61C5E5&tid=C4AFB253E5FF2F25BE37F83
