Try this : Got to your account at buzztouch....not to your self hosting install. Go To : - Self-hosted servers - Click your server under Self Hosted Servers - Modify - Reset Secret (with new secret). Nota : I haven't tried it, but if you can't do anything else, it might help.

yh im grateful mate the php error is this Oops, a PHP error was trapped.File: /usr/local/lib/php/head.php Line: 30 Message: Undefined index: ckey It displays on the bottom of everypage in my Server when im on it and i think its preventing me from verifying my api key because it shows api calls on here but not validated

Looks kinda serious and your right, seems to be the key again. The best bet would be to reinstall BT Server. It only takes a few minutes. If that doesn't work, then I'm out of munition. Let me know how it goes.

If you do..make a copy of your config.php file from your server first. Then you only need to copy and paste the database configs to new install config.php. It's real quick and you don't lose any apps or custom files.

Sorry don't have teamview but I'd recommend this. Download BT server 2.1.6 again. Their is an install pdf guide in the download. Copy over your old files. In fact, it's just the same as updating the server. So when 2.1.7 comes out, you'll have no worries. You'd already know how to do it. If that doesn't work, I'd delete my the entire server install since you don't have any apps yet. At least that what, your sure everything is fresh and clean. If that doesn't work, crack open a six pack or finish the bottle of whiskey. This is great for inspiration !

Yep, sometimes it's hard to set permissions with free hosting. Good idea and good luck.
