I am not able to update the text on an existing custom HTML screen. Below are steps executed: 1. Open an existing custom HTML screen 2. Update the text on the screen 3. Click on the "save" button 4. The 'saved' message displayed at the button of the "save"button 5. Click on the screens & menu 6. Select the same custom HTML screen to check the text is updated successfully 7. However, the screen displayed the old text Please advise, thanks in advance.

I have been having this happen to me as long as I've used BT. My solution: 1. I go to original HTML screen, hit source, then copy all of the HTML data. 2. Create a new HTML screen, name it what ever you want. Then hit source and paste in the copied HTML. 3. Edit what you need to edit. 4. Link your new screen into your app where appropriate. It's a little clunky, but it gets the work done. I do this on the Home page of my app. This is where all of the new monthly information is added/changed on a regular basis. The reason I copy and paste the HTML code is so I retain all of the formatting that I initially created. Not the ideal solution, but I find that it helps a great deal and kept me from tearing [all of] my hair out! Let us know how it goes!!

The updated text appears after I click on the refresh icon on the URL address bar on my internet browser. Thanks Fred and Dkeller for your response to my problem. Sincerely appreciated :-)
