Need to Remove Glass Effect for App Icon

Hey all, I've posted on some older BT forum posts that mentioned this exact topic, but unfortunately I was never responded to. Anyways, this is why I am posting in case someone links me back to the old posts. I am trying to locate the info.plist file that contains the UI that houses this file to modify. I have had no luck and now i turn to you for help. If you can help me out, it would truly be appreciated. Thanks. Doc.

Hi Rad Doc, When you open your project up in xcode to the left you will generally see the Navigator window. If not you should be able to make it visible by the left hand side of the 3 view buttons on the top right of the console (in xcode 4.1 at least). When the Navigator window is open you should be able to see your apps project folder with it's associated folders below it. If they aren't visible, expand them by clicking on your apps project name. From there you'll see a BT_Config folder. Expand that. Then you should see: BT_info.plist.

@Keith - I've been good! Was locked away working on the intro animation for our home page as well as some other things. I'm looking forward to using that Glencairn glass! ;)

I had the same problem. In Xcode, there is a plist setting for your project that you can modify. If you don't want the default gloss, set "Icon already includes gloss effects" to YES. Worked for me!

@ njmpwnz - check in your project plist in xcode. You can access it through the project navigator tab on the left side of xcode.Select your project directory there and then in the main window select the info tab, I believe.
