Your RSS feed doesn't seem to have an Image element. Usually the elements with images are
or
. Ask your web developer to include one of these elements in the feed and then just add "enclosure" or "media:thumbnail" (whatever the developer used) in the Image XML field at the Advanced Properties. For more info google "rss media" or "rss with images"

Tonycelestina: Thanks a lot for the answer. Here is the answer from the designer for the site: "Photos are embedded in the
part of the RSS feed. This is a very common way of doing it- most of the feeds I subscribe to do it this way including Smashing Magazine and Mashable. I don't want to alter the feed as this may cause FeedBurner to have issues in syncing the feed and cause problems for people who subscribe to it. It does make it more difficult to extract the image for people who want to make an app or widget, but it's certainly possible. The other way is just to output the content in the
part which will output the image". Do you have any suggestion?

I have had problems with this myself and couldn't find an easy solution for it yet. What you could try, but its not easy, is to use Yahoo Pipes to fetch this image from the description and make a
or
element with that image. I've never tried this before but I know its possible. Good luck and let us know if you succed!

Yes, unless there is a direct entity -
or , etc. - BT won't parse an image. You can try Yahoo Pipes, but it is rather difficult for most. If you want, you can also try and lobby the webmaster to initiate Media RSS tags, usually now a standard.
