I'm working on a server provided by philips which is powered by buzztouch. Every time I make home screen that contains icons with images in it, the app doesn't respond. Background becomes white, I can't see the name of icon, i can't see the picture of icon etc. Can anyone help me whats going on?

Does your server have the necessary permissions? Have you created any apps that work? (This info helps determine problem.) Do you know how to create button menus? Do you know how to add images? Fred

Yes I'm running server from philips which is powered by buzztouch. I created an app and also checked the app philips has already created. I've actually tried with three different apps and the problem is same. I create home screen with buttons and link them to the pages that I want to open when clicking on those images, then it doesn't seem to work(no images on icons, no icon name, white background etc). When I create home screen with other properties there's nothing wrong, for example if I create home screen with login menu its working perfect. The only problem is the Home screen with icon buttons.

I have the admin account so I can do anythin within the server

In my Guide I have many How To's. Adding Images Buttons Read it confirm you're creating buttons correctly. If that doesn't solve the problem, you can list the steps you're taking and we can point out the mistake. Menu (buttons) works so that's not the problem. It's possible the server setup is incorrect or your button setup is incorrect. If phillips app shows working screens then it's the buttons setup. Fred
