I put Game Center on my app, I put the OS to 4.2. I put it only for iPhone, not for iPad. I put the Game center ID in the AppSpecificValues File, I clicked on iTunes connect: New update, scrolled down to enable game center for version, enabled it. Checked Ready to upload, Uploaded app, and Waiting for review. Sorry for the long,long,long description, but I wanted to state every single step I did, and to make sure Game Center was available for lower OS.
