Don't Use # in you DB Passwords

Okay... this may happen to you... so, I moved to a new server with new DB login and was upgrading to 3.0. All fine until login got: An error ocurred in the db_connect() method in utilityFunctions.php (1) What was happening, during the install, I would add my DB password that ended in # now, all of the password (except the #) would show up on the config.php file causing the error. So, there is either a bug in the install software, or DONT' USE # in your DB password. Took a while to spot it because some of the password transfers over from the first page.

Update to logout issue. The php setting was utf8_general_ci needed to be utf8_unicode_ci pretty sure this was the cause. All good now. Thanks again Danny...Ross
