Hey, 100 must be the number of code package downloads that you're allowed per month. Cheers Miguel

Well, that is what it says as being a member, I never tried it using self hosted... I would contact support if you have problems like that. I did if I had a serious question

I have self hosted. In self hosted you can add unlimited apps. When you download an app to your pc/mac, thats one API call. You're allowed 100 API calls per month, if you need more, you should contact support. But I've never heard of anyone needing more. Hope this helps. Cheers. Miguel

Any time. In your account at buzztouch, there should be a team member assigned to you. Miguel

@sgaire if you click your account at top right then account manager will be second from bottom in your list on left hand side.

In the beginning, your 'Account Manager' will be Stephen Mecurio. He usually handles all new accounts. He can answer every question you have. In self hosted, you can create 'unlimited' apps. Of course 'unlimited' could be millions, provided your hardware can handle it. Provided your hardware can handle it. Yes I said that twice. Hope this helps! Cheers! -- Smug

I have msged Stephen, Waiting for his reply. I don't see a point of making UNLIMITED apps when there is a limit of api call is 100.... I could easily use few api calls for one app to test out as i add and edit and remove new things for one app.. API limit should be raised.. 100 is too low.. don't you guys think so?

usually you only download one or two times an app to your pc, then all the changes are made in your pc without having to download again. So that would mean that 100 API would be enough for at least 50 new apps per month... So I think its enough. I know I thought the same way you did, but when you start using buzztouch you'll understand better what I mean. It seem little, but its not. I have self hosted since May of June or something, and in total of all these months, I've only had around 70 API calls. BT gives you 100 per month, its enough. Cheers.

The great thing about buzztouch is that when you download your source, you get all the plugins with your source that are installed in your control panel. So, unless you add a new plugin to your control panel, and then add that plugin to your app, there's no reason to download the source more than once (and that equals just one API call). The only other reason I could think of would be if buzztouch made changes to the source code to address a new version of iOS or Android, and you wanted to pick that up. Ultimately...unless you're creating 100+ apps a month, if you exceed your API call limit, then you're probably not understanding how buzztouch really works. But, even in that case, they'll work with you to help you out. Mark

I see but i was hoping to give access to BT control panel with white label branding to my clients to create applications for them. Thats the main reason. But i did get in touch with the management and we are working to resolve it. They have been very helpful. Thanks everyone one more time.
