Yeah. Not a great way to start. It specifically says not to put urgent in your topic heading.

Try to avoid using such words in the title. The forums is a friendly place where we want to help people out. It's really not a scramble to get attention like in Yahoo Answers. There are too few threads for yours to be bumped out and ignored. You'll need to be more precise with what you want. It's too vague what you want.
