I need a plugin to just touch and hear a word or sentence that describes what is in that picture. This app may have a thousand of these. You can have a picture gallery, and a navigation bar button can be pressed to start playing the audio. I don't think this could be too difficult to do. If you wanted to do exactly what you want, you'd probably have to develop your own plugin. You don't have to submit it, you can just use it yourself, but you may as well submit it and try and make some money out of it. Comments To achieve something similar fan be easily done.
