We are quickly approaching the new year, which means we will soon be celebrating one year of our Buzztouch Membership program. I wanted to quickly address how the Membership renewal process will work, and give you an opportunity to ask me any questions regarding this subject. When you get close to your renewal date (which can always be found in your account menu) you will be notified about your renewal option both in your Buzztouch control panel (account page), and also by email. You can expect an email roughly 30 days before your renewal date, and it will include instructions on how to renew. You may also notice an offer to get a free month added to your account if you renew within a certain time period (don't pass up free anything, lol!). If you renew via your control panel before you get an email, then your renewal date will be extended, which will prevent our system from generating an email. Either way works, whichever is easier for you. You now have the ability to renew your membership at any time. You don't have to wait for any notification. Whenever you renew, we will simply add 12 months to your renewal date. We have been recently asked for this flexibility, and decided we owed this option to you all. You may also start to notice alteration so some member badges! When you renew, your member badge in the forum will have a number added to it showing how many years you have been a valued member at Buzztouch. We have also created a page that addresses any questions about what happens to your account if you decide not to renew (this is of course futile, since we know that would never happen). So if my anniversary date is Jan 10 and I renew today- I'm good until Jan 10, 2015?

Mine was a flawless renewal process. Got the email this morning, responded promptly (I like free stuff too!). Steven made the process painless, and in some senses, quite enjoyable! Thanks to all of you for making it a simple process! Cheers! -- Smug
