I built it because I was having trouble developing an app to look right across multiple environments without redoing the images for each change. It's a traditional looking menu supporting images for a row layout, but with a different approach to try and get the rows to look right across different devices. Instead of specifying row heights in units, you specify a ratio of width to height. For example, 4:1 produces a row where the row height is a quarter of the width. And you can specify vertical and horizontal padding for space around the rows, so they don't have to touch the sides or each other if you don't want that. Another differentiator is you can specify rows to be labels, so if you click on them, they do not navigate anywhere - useful for grouping items. And, for any item, you can select if it is displayed for iOS or Android (or neither), useful if you use one plugin for Android and a different one for iOS.
