Images don't appear on device

Hi, I have xcode 4.3.1 and IOS 5.1. The app is working as it should only for iPhone 5.1 simulator (which shows everything including all icons and images). On my device iPhone 4, the app works too but none of the images appear. I checked all names I used and they were all consistent (all lower case). I also made sure to drag them into the images folder too, but they still don't appear on anything except iPhone 5.1 simulator. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Samira

Hello, I assume that the images in question are not URL but images you have added to your XCode project ? If it is the case, I have had issues of the kind when the images do not seem to "follow through": They are in the BT_images, but do not appear in the App's files. That might be your problem. Maybe you could try and download the app again, and keep an eye on the size of the app ? Hope this helps Anthony

Hi Anthony, Thanks very much! That seemed to fix the problem! About the size of the app? what is the maximum size allowed? Thanks again! Best wishes Samira

Hi Samira, I think what @Skyr0s is referring to, with respect to size of the app, is the 20MB limit before a user would have to download it via a network connection instead of their cellular connection. Anything below 20MB can be downloaded anywhere you have a signal. Mark

It's the size of the actual app when compiled and submitted to iTunes. It actually gets archived as well, but you'll need to check the size AFTER you compile it. Mark
