Facebook Box Widget??

Alrighty so in an attempt to put a facebook page posts feed into my app i have turned to the facebook box widget but i cant seem to get it to work in the custom html page. Can anyone give it a try and see if you can get it to work? If you could that would be great! The box widget can be found at this link http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ Thanks Jack

SEE CORRECTION IN POST BELOW If you use a Custom HTML/Text Screen, then you will be able to do this. Here is an idea bout how to approach this: 1. Set the minimum width to 320 pixels on http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ 2.Click "Get Code" 3. Make sure "iFrame" is selected not "HTML5" 4. Go to buzztouch.com, log in to your account and go to the app in which you would like to add this plugin to 5. Add/Load a Custom HTML/Text screen 6. Make sure you are in the HTML section of the text editor 7. Copy the code from Facebook to the HTML Screen 8. Click "Save" 9. Test the new screen

What does not work? (Do you have internet when testing it on an actual device?) What errors do you get?

Can you tell me the "weird thing" so that I can better diagnose your error. I will try it and post when I have finished testing it.

I have had some time to do some testing, and I have found a solution! 1. Set the Facebook page URL to the one in which you are trying to use (Ex. http://www.facebook.com/zagg) 2. Set the minimum width to 320 pixels and the minimum height to 460 pixels on http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ 3. Finish customizing the options while looking at the preview next to the options 4. Right click on the preview of the frame next to the options and click "Open Frame in New Tab" 5. Copy the URL of the Frame in the new Tab 6. Copy the URL into a Custom URL/Webpage 7. Test, it will refresh, but it will work Let me know if this post helps you. Jake

It is alright, what you can do is create an iFrame (I have put the code below) and then put it into a custom HTML Screen. This screen is different from Custom HTML/Text. Copy this HTML into buzztouch <meta content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=2.0; user-scalable=1;" name="viewport" /> <iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?api_key=113869198637480&channel=https%3A%2F%2Fs-static.ak.fbcdn.net%2Fconnect%2Fxd_proxy.php%3Fversion%3D3%23cb%3Df136482978%26origin%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fdevelopers.facebook.com%252Ff27759e238%26relation%3Dparent.parent%26transport%3Dpostmessage&colorscheme=light&header=true&height=480&href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fzagg&locale=en_US&sdk=joey&show_faces=true&stream=" width="320" height="480" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto" name="myInlineFrame"> Your Browser does not support iFrame</iframe>

@App Master - How did you create the code used in the Facebook Like Box post above? This is the code I'm trying to recreate for my Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?api key=113869198637480&amp;channel=https%3A%2F%2Fs-static.ak.fbcdn.net%2Fconnect%2Fxd proxy.php%23cb%3Dfa4e357e4%26origin%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fdevelopers.facebook.com%252Ff38f46d25c%26relation%3Dparent.parent%26transport%3Dpostmessage&amp;colorscheme=light&amp;header=false&amp;height=480&amp;href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fpages%2FFeeneys-Frozen-Yogurt-Bar%2F185845988132&amp;locale=en US&amp;sdk=joey&amp;show faces=false&amp;stream=true Does Facebook have a Developer page to create this or did you create it on your own?

I got it working by using the code you posted above and then replacing the specific Facebook page code with my Facebook page code that I created my using the Facebook like box iFrame code generated here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ I thought the specific facebook code you have was different then what is created on the Facebook Like Box page because my feed was not displayed. However, the problem was that I had the page set to 17+ age restriction and that caused it to not display the feed unless you are logged in. I switch it to everyone and now it works. In response to you about "Code" This is what you had posted above and what I was referring to: ************************************************ <meta content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=2.0; user-scalable=1;" name="viewport" /> <meta content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=2.0; user-scalable=1;" name="viewport" /> <iframe frameborder="0" height="480" name="myInlineFrame" scrolling="auto" src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?api key=113869198637480&amp;channel=https%3A%2F%2Fs-static.ak.fbcdn.net%2Fconnect%2Fxd proxy.php%23cb%3Dfa4e357e4%26origin%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fdevelopers.facebook.com%252Ff38f46d25c%26relation%3Dparent.parent%26transport%3Dpostmessage&amp;colorscheme=light&amp;header=false&amp;height=480&amp;href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fpages%2FFeeneys-Frozen-Yogurt-Bar%2F185845988132&amp;locale=en US&amp;sdk=joey&amp;show faces=false&amp;stream=true" width="320"> Your Browser does not support iFrame</iframe></p> ********************************************* (Thank you if you did create it - The Meta content seems to help displaying properly on the iPhone)
