I don't believe it is- however an easy way to do it would be to remove the entire nav bar. // J

That would work, but then you would loose the entire nav bar. Is there a way to move it to a settings screen so that it can't be seen from the home page?

Hi Jake, You remove the refresh button by removing the Report to Cloud URL in your control panel. That will effectively prevent the app from checking for updates, thus taking it offline, which means you have to provide updates via iTunes. Here is a doc that explains all the gory detail! http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Understanding_App_Refresh_and_Offline_Apps_v1.0.pdf Be careful if you do this, and make sure you understand all the implications. Interesting, and can you add it back online?
