Change Android small/large device requirements

Hi guys, I think this was posted on the forums a few months ago but a search didn't pull up anything. As most of you know, there are hundreds of different android devices, many with different screen sizes. I have noticed that lately, devices of screen around 4 inches have been classed as Large by BT. Is there any way to modify the BT code, so it thinks anything below 5 inches is a small device? I would like to use the large fields for a tablet version. I'm fairly sure it's possible, and any advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. Cheers guys.

@duneglow, if you were looking to consolidate all the Android devices into one device type, I think I've figured it out just doing some final testing.

To anyone- I have changed this section of code in BT_device.java //large or small device? if(this.deviceWidth > 1000){ this.isLargeDevice = true; }else{ this.isLargeDevice = false; } Note I changed 1000 from 600. However, my device is still being recognised as a large device. I checked this by using a splash screen that was setup for small devices only. Is there somewhere else it has to be changed? Cheers guys.

Hi, I've created an android app which has menu button screen which leads to menu list screen and lastly that list screen leads to a particular custom text page. I tested my app on two devices (Galaxy S and Galaxy Fit). The app looks perfect on my Galaxy S but app dose not fit properly on the screen on Galaxy Fit. Half of the portion of that app is not visible since the icons get bigger and capture the screen. javooooo, i would be grateful if you help me how to solve this problem.
