Problem finding the configuration data for this app

When I try to download an app build, I get an error message: "Something Went Wrong. There was a problem finding the configuration data for this app." If I understand this correctly, it indicates a problem with the location or read permissions of the app configuration files. I've checked the json details which check out ok, I suspect this is just a file permission issue, but which file and where is it? John

Logically, if the app cannot find the configuration Data, it means that the BT_Config.txt is missing. To make sure that That file is there, check in the left panel (assuming you are on XCode)and under the BT_Config file, make sure that that file is there. If it IS missing, just re-download the file should do the job. Else, copy the config data from buzztouch and add manually (the file must be called BT_Conig.txt !) I hope this answer was adapted to your question

I wonder if anyone can help with this? I still have the problem and have even re-installed BT server, but no change. I'd pull my hair out if I had any!

Gary, I see you've touched base with David on another post, he's the top guy for this. This was a few months ago and I did something similar to what David has suggested in other post, although I find to make it work, I still have to manually cut-n-paste the JSON file, which doesn't get packaged correctly with the download Regards John
