As you might know, we have changed site only very recently, so not everything is up and going yet. Hence, I think the API keys are not yet ready. However, you can build your app using the buzztouch control panel until the keys are ready. For the Aspiring Developer upgrade, I believe you do NOT see a difference. By "still shows FREE" you mean that the page has the FREE section in big, then we all have that. You just feel the difference ;) I hope I have helped in adequateness with your requests..
