In short, Android uses the size we specify in BT differently to iOS, meaning you can rarely get the same button layout with the same app. Also, some large Android devices use the large device sections (such as the HTC Sensation) The simplest way to resolve this is to manually create an Android version of the app in your BT panel (an entirely separate app). Once you've copied your data over, tweak the button sizes so they look good.
