@Raoul I'm sure it'll be sorted out in no time. Try to be patient... and be a little less rude?

I just checked two apps, both downloaded iOS and Android with no issues.

@Raoul OK, I have now downloaded 4 apps and all work. What browser are you using? Have you restarted your computer and tried again? Is it an app you have previously downloaded without issue?

@MacApple Its a new app I made 5 minutes ago, Im on a MAC, So safari.

OK, that makes sense. Give me two minutes till I create a new app and see what happens.

Right, I just created a new app and downloaded the source with no issues. Have you restarted your PC, cleared your DNS cache and logged back in? It works for me on Safari and Chrome.

It's obvious that we've been doing what we can to stomp out fires as we deal with this migration of massive data, thousands of apps, and dozens and dozens of unexpected issues. To post "Huge Extreme Error *Needs Staff Attention immediately" as a forum topic in an effort to get our attention actually does the opposite, it makes us want to NOT help you. It's about the most selfish thing you could do, DEMAND our attention while so many others await patiently for this to work out. Lastly: Please DO NOT post "I'm Sorry" as a reply. It's not useful, helpful, or constructive to say "oops, I'm sorry for demanding your attention." It's more appropriate to follow the guidelines in the forum rules, ask reasonable questions, and wait a reasonable amount of time for a response. There isn't any need to post a comment to these remarks. I'm not saying this to trigger a response. I'm saying it in a genuine effort to help you understand some very basic online etiquette. We dig the idea that you use our tools. We don't dig the idea that you demand our attention. Rant over.

Bizarre. I have, since you were restarting, created an app and downloaded via Safari, Chrome and FF without issue. I would imagine if this was indeed a bug someone else would have tried downloading and failed since there have probably been 1000's of downloads today. Hmm.

He's not alone and this is not an isolated issue. We too have downloaded tons of apps without any troubles. But, lots of folks are having trouble. It's got something to do with the way the image processing works on the new server. The backend is failing to load the icon into memory, resize it, then save it in the downloadable project. Again, only on some icons - very strange. Even stranger, the icon loads fine in a browser. Bummer. I've been digging though PHP options and settings on the server today trying to figure this out. It's got something to do with the actual icon being processes - not sure what's different about some vs. others yet but it'll for sure get found eventually. Sigh.

@David I have tried to replicate, no joy. 3 browsers all download a new app on iOS and Android without issue. I see no error in my due diligence, that said, I am enjoying a tasty IPA for the first time in a week. lol at 'huge extreme error' Aesop's Fables 'The Boy who cried wolf' would be a good bit of night time reading. @Raoul Been a long week and I need to spend some time with my good lady. Doubt if I looked at error I'd be able to see what is wrong on your end. Sorry!

This is a good example of failure to understand we're not special. Most of the errors (99.9%) (yes, I made up the number, but it's still relatively correct) are not bugs and don't require anyones special attention. If this software were new (ok the site is new) perhaps you'll find a bug. It took me nearly four months to find one and it was posted about by someone else the next day. So when you 'find a bug' research it, post about your problem and I'm sure it'll be resolved. Again almost impossible that you'll find a bug, we're just not that special to find one so quickly. Fred

Thank David, FYI, I am still having that error after trying to restart my computer. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
