App Updates

I updated my content in BT but no updates post to the app. I get a warning like I usually do when I launch the app that there is new content but nothing happens within the app. Before the BT updates all that worked fine any time I updated content. Anyone experience this also?

Just did the same (1.5 iOS) and all was well.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the data refreshed. Went in and changed some data but nothing new posted. Uninstalled and reinstalled again and updates showed up.

OK. I usually delete the app from my phone when I do some major changes, just got into that practice when I do a clean and build back at the start and always do it now.

Gotcha. All I did was change some text and it doesn't show up. I would hate for my weekly updates to require customers to uninstall and reinstall. Yikes...

Sorry, I misread that / misunderstood. I thought you meant in a dev environment. Having users do that would be scary. Send me the app link and I'll see if works here.

Hmm, I went in and cleared the cache and local files from memory and now it updates ok. Maybe an issue with archived content causing an issue with new. Any way to force a cache reset for an app?
